Kailash Mansarovar Yatra is a dream of every pilgrim. It is the places that will heal your soul enrich you with divine a wakening. Mansarovar is associated with light and great spirituality. It is situated in the western Tibetan plateau in the northern most regions of the Himalayas.
It is believed that the lord Shiva and dwelled in meditation on its top. Mt Kailash and lake Mansarovar is the most sacred pilgrims from all different religious (Hindu, Buddhist, Jains and Vaishnab). Every year the large number of pilgrims from all different religious travel to Mt. Kailash and Lake Mansarovar to pay their homage.
The first European to travel the region was Italian Jesuit Missionary father Ippolito Desideri. He crossed the vast inhospitable land of western Tibet in 1715 and followed the course of the Tsangpo River all the way to Lhasa.
The Mount Kailash area is the source of 4 great rivers- the Indus, the Sutlej, the Brahmapatra, and the Karnali. Tibetan scriptures peak of the four rivers that issue from the ‘world Mountain; Mt. Kailash is one of the three pilgrim sides in the area, known collectively Kangri Tsosum; the other two are Ponri Nagaden and Mansarovar.
All are said to be the heart of the ancient shangshung kingdom, the supposed land of origin of pre-Buddhist sect Bonpos. The journey to the abode of Shiva is not an easy path due to difficult road and extreme weather changes. Though, we ensure all the safety measure. It is true that the path to Shiva’s natural abode is not easy but all the difficulties worth when you experience the divinity in natural beauty.
