Good to Know

Begin Early Morning

Start your trek early to reach your destination before the sunsets. For those trekkers who can't walk smoothly early start trekking is most. You will get the destination on time even you go slowly, so early start is beneficial for all kind of trekkers.

Trek Slow and Drink Water as much as Possible

Keep yourself hydrated and your body tends to dehydrate faster at higher altitudes this helps to overcome altitude sickness.
Carry you own refillable hot water bottle, water purifying liquids or tablets, so that you can consume tap water instead of expensive mineral water.
You should always watch out for the symptoms of altitude sickness. As soon as you see any sigh of it, consult to your partner or guide. You must descend to lower height as fast as you can to overcome altitude sickness.

Pack most Important Things

If you trek in june to september time, experiences some rainfalls, so pack the rain protection gears along with hiking boots having sturdy soles needed to walk over wet trails.
In night are very cold with temperature dropping below 0 degree c. We advise you to get a standard quality sleeping bag.
It is always a good option to carry sufficient amount of Nepali cash before you depart for trek.

    Customised small group trekking

Wow, this was great. I normally check around but when my husband Andrew made the first email enquiry Suman replied promptly, as he did for many emails and questions about trekking from Jiri to Kala Pattar. We learned to trust Dream Heaven Adventure was responsive in the way we are used to with good companies in Australia.

We were able to customize the trek to meet our own specific needs and developed an itinerary which allowed for extra acclimatization days.

The guide and porter Suman provided for us were wonderful, always looking after us whether it be on the trail, or finding the best teahouses to stay at.

Suman has developed a great trekking company which meets the particular needs of his clients as he helps tailor the right trip whether travelling solo, as a couple or in small groups.
