Annapurna Sunrise View Trek is also called Ghorepani Poonhill Trek. This trek is suitable for those who have limited holidays but want to view of the Annapurna Himalayan range within a short span of time. Annapurna sunrise trekking is popular trail lying in the Annapurna region. The trekking to this area is also popularly known as Annapurna balcony trekking.

This Annapurna Sunrise View Trek is one of the easiest trekking trails in comparison with other trekking trails in the country. This trekking trail offers you superb views of the mountains, scenes and sceneries and beautiful blend of culture and lifestyle of different ethnic groups living in this area. The Annapurna Sunrise View Trekking trail passes through the west of Pokhara and gives magnificent views of Himalaya lying in the Annapurna area.

One of the feature of this trekking is that  you will have trip to poon hill, from where we can see an amazing scenes of sunrise and you can cherish an incredible panoramic views of the mountains such as Dhaulagiri (8167m), Annapurna (8091m), Fishtail (6997m), Annapurna South and Hiunchuli among others. Trekking in the spectacular mountain scenery through incredible dense rhododendron forests, full of bridges, playful langur (black faced monkey), and deep sub-tropical valleys is really unforgettable.

The Annapurna Sunrise View Trek access of least amount of time, which begins from either Phedi or Nayapul can be reached after a short drive from Pokhara. This trek is considered to be the best in introduction to trekking with some spectacular views.

We will meet you at Tribhuwan International airport, Kathmandu and transferred to the hotel, after your freshness briefing program for your trekking, overnight at hotel.

After your breakfast we will start a guided tour to the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu valley, including Pashupatinath Temple, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambunath (Monkey Temple) and Buddha Nath, one of the large Stupas in the world, overnight at hotel.

Today we leave to Pokhara, which takes 30 minutes by flight and 6-7 hours by bus. Today you will be free in Pokhara you can visit yourself. Pokhara is beautiful lake city which offers panoramic views of Mt. Machapuchre, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt Annapurna and Mt. Manaslu.

After having breakfast, we drive to Nayapul the trekking starting point which takes 1.5 hours drive from Pokhara. From Nayapul our trail continues through local villages following the bank of Modi khola then we climb steadily up to reach Tikhedhunga (1570mtr).

Early morning after having breakfast, we begin our trip to Ulleri. Then the trail continues to Ghorepani through the pine forest, oak and rhododendrons forest Overnight at Guesthouse.

Early morning, we start hike up to Poon hill (3210mtr).This Vantage Poon hill offers magnificent Sunrise views of Dhaulagiri (8167m), Nilgiri (6940m) , Annapurna (8091m), Machapuchre (6997m), Manaslu (8163m) and other several peaks . This sunrise view will be unforgettable experience in your lifetime .After spending 1hour at Poon hill we return back to Ghorepani. After taking breakfast we leave for Tadapani through pine and Rhododendron forest.

Early morning after breakfast, the trail descends down to Ghandruk, the cultural village of Gurung people which takes approximately 5 hours. This Ghandruk village is popular trekking destination which offers spectacular mountain views and tradition lifestyle of Gurung people.

Today is the last day of our Poon hill trekking. From Ghandruk, the trail goes down through the rice field and some villages to reach Birethanti. From here we step up to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara.
