So it is good if you are physically fit if not then the trek might be difficult to you. It will be better if you train your body by doing some easy exercise like jogging, swimming cycling before a month of real trekking.

Altitude Sickens

At high altitude trekking like Annapurna Base Camp trekking people are likely to suffer from altitude sickness. It is best to avoid such high altitude trekking if you are suffering from any kind of heart disease. In case if you face any difficulty in breathing, descend to lower altitude as quickly as possible. The best way to keep yourself away from the altitude sickness is by keeping yourself hydrated similarly do not rush hard to reach the destination, trek slow and takes rest along the route . We suggest you to research about the symptoms’ and preventive measure of altitude sickness before doing the real trek.

Budget Management

During Annapurna base camp trekking, the charge of food and accommodation costs you more as trek to higher altitudes. At higher altitude, there are only few lodges that provide services. Due to this monopoly the cost is higher ever for simple accommodations. Annapurna Base Camp Trek

I have booked Everest base camp trek however there was very bad weather and my flight cancelled for two days. Suman was being flexible and offered other options including Annapurna base camp. It was very last minute, but Suman was able to organize everything very quickly. As a result the treks to ABC proceed without any issue. Guide Hupa Raj was incredible; simply no words can describe how professional, kind and informative he is. Dream Heaven Adventure, the company truly is above the competition and Suman has clearly worked extremely hard to build the company to this level, as such I won't hesitate to recommend Dream Heaven Adventure to anyone interested in visiting Nepal.

Annapurna Base Camp and circuit trek

I trekked the Annapurna Circuit and base camp with Gopal and Dream Heaven. I had a great time, as a solo hiker, it was great to not have to worry about anything and know that someone was looking out for me. It was also very cool to have someone informing me about the mountains and culture as we went along. Would definitely trek with Dream Heaven again!!
