Dream Heaven Adventure organized our memorable trip to Pikey Peak. The services were excellent. They booked very good hotel in Kathmandu and the tea houses in the mountain were also well selected.

Our guide Hupa Raj was the best person; he assured us that we are in well taken care. While trekking, my husband felt hurt in his lap but he did an excellent job. He assists us very much and we always felt very safe. If you are planning to visit Nepal, don’t forget to pick DHA, they will make your trip incredible.

My girlfriend and I spent ten days in Nepal two months ago and we decided to put our trust in Suman’s company for our holiday.

He was immediately very kind and willing with us, planning an unforgettable trip, every day in contact with the real life of Nepali people and animals. The accommodations were typical and characteristic about the places we visited, cleaned and comfortable! We completely lost ourselves in an unexpected world through the poverty of the crowd and the wealth of the cultural and environmental heritage. His tour schedule was perfect, it permitted us to enjoy every aspect and every corner of Nepal, especially the trekking on Himalaya.

It was an impressive experience also thanks to our guide Ratna: extremely professional, friendly and always ready to meet our every need. All the tour guides were very experienced and polite with us, too.

From food to accommodation and transportation, everything was great. Your travel plan was so well managed that we did no have to hassle for anything.

Our raft guide Amrit Gurung was so friendly and professional. And we really had a wonderful time in Chitwan National Park.

 

We choosed Dream Heaven for our trek to Pikey Peak, and the overall experience was an amazing. Suman and his team did an excellent job to make our trip enjoyable. Guide Kamal was very knowledgeable about the trail. Also he knew our need very well and always wanted to make sure that we're comfortable. Thank you Kamal and Suman.

We did an Everest Base camp trek for 12 days with Dream Heaven Adventures. we thoroughly enjoyed the trek and it was on almost most days with clear blue skies.

The views were amazing. We were fortunate to have gone through Dream heaven adventures and Suman made sure everything was planned accordingly. all went well with Lukla flights and accommodation in lodges and the Kathmandu city tour we did at the end.

We were also very lucky to have one of the best guide Huparaj Tamang leading us to EBC . He was very experienced knowledgeable and spoke good English. He looked after us very well and no request was too big for him. always cheerful and happy.

We booked this trip of a lifetime through Dream Heaven Adventures and it was amazing. First of all our guide Huparaj Tamang, we can't express how grateful we were to him for his expertise, knowledge and caring nature. He took care of us as if we were family.

His patience and friendly nature made all the difference and our trip one to remember for many years. If we were rating the guide alone this would be a 5 star review however Dream Heaven as an organisation we feel has a little more to learn to ensure full customer satisfaction. There was little interaction with Suman.

Duffel bags were provided but were dirty and we had to ask for them to be cleaned before we could use them and our promised T-shirts and certificates for completion of our trek were rushed to us as we were leaving for home, these could have been presented to us at our leaving meal or T-shirts maybe presented at the beginning of the trek so as to be worn as we reached EBC as we saw many other companies had done. Would have been great marketing for them.

There was no real initial prep talk which would have been nice instead we were just asked if we had any questions. All this said the overall experience was amazing thanks to Huparaj who we would recommend you ask for if you are thinking of planning through Dream Heaven Adventures.

I was with a group of trekking friends (KiliNovice & skmk2019) who did the EBC Trek with Dream Heaven Adventure Pvt Ltd. in March 2019. I found the level of service provided by Dream Heaven Adventure from the moment we landed at Kathmandu Airport - to the day of our departure, was overall, excellent.

We didn't encounter any delays for our internal flights which we had dreaded. The guide we were allocated Mr Huparaj Tarang was a gentleman. He was so polite and courteous and very helpful. This made this once in a lifetime adventure that much more enjoyable. Suman and his team were also helpful - pulling all stops to do what they could to make this experience memorable.

I would encourage Suman and his team to further improve the services they currently offer to the trekkers so that the Company achieves its goals to be the best trekking company in Kathmandu, if not Nepal. Thank you to all those who made our trek to EBC so wonderful.

I took this on Monday 6/05. The communication from booking and closer to the time was timely and informative. Pick-up took place at the time given and the tour commenced.

The tour guide Kumud was knowledgeable and interested in both conveying details of the sites visited (he asks question later and pretends to forget detail he has given you to test if you are paying attention, but in a jokey way).

The sites visited were set and there was a set route around them, but questions and diversions were answered and dealt with. I would do it again, simply because there is a lot of detail and sites to see, and have no hesitation in recommending the trip. The image is Kumud being fierce!
