Sherpa village Namche Bazaar is the administrative center for the Khumbu region. This Sherpa Village trekking trail is specially designed for the trekkers who interested to Know Sherpas Culture closely while enjoying the best views of Lhotse, Tawoche, Amadablam, Everest, and variety of Himalayan floras and faunas.

After our scenic flight to tiny Lukla airstrip, the trek begins following the traditional trail of the Dudh Koshi River into the Everest National Park. Then the trail passes through follow the heartland of the Sherpa settlements, Buddhist monasteries, alpine flowers and views of Everest and other popular mountains. During this trek you can get an opportunity to experience culture and tradition of Sherpa people of Nepal.

Day 01: Welcome to Nepal, Tribhuwan International Airport
We will meet you at Tribhuwan International airport, Kathmandu and transferred to the hotel, after your freshness briefing program for your trekking, overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing tour at Kathmandu Valley
After your breakfast we will start a guided tour to the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu valley, including Pashupatinath Temple, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambunath (Monkey Temple) and Buddha Nath, one of the large Stupas in the world, overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Flight to Lukla(2810m) and trekking to Phakding(2640m)  3-4 hours
After having breakfast, scenic flight from national capital to Lukla. From Lukla the path continues to Phakding that takes 3-4 hours, on the method you see spectacular views of Mt Nupla(5885m), Kusum Kangaru(6367m) and also the Mount Kwangde vary. Overnight hotel in Phakding

Day 04: Trekking to Namche Bazaar (3450m) 5- 6 hours

Day 06: Trekking to Tengboche (3864m)  5 hours

Travel Insurance

Personal travel insurance is not included in the prices mentioned. But every effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants; it is condition of booking that you take out a personal travel insurance policy. To protect against unforeseen circumstances, it is visible to take a “Trip cancellation and medical insurance policy” before your arrival into Kathmandu. Medical coverage is especially mandatory for those who are trekking in high altitudes. It covers injury, death, lost baggage, medical treatment and expenses, and air ambulance or helicopter rescue services in case of emergency.

Passport and Visa

You need to have a valid passport having minimum of 6 months of validity from the return date. You can get Nepalese visa from the Nepalese consulate in your country or arrival in Kathmandu airport. Do not forget that you will also need two passport size photos to take Nepal visa. Do not require visa for Indian nationalities.
Visa Fees:
• US $ 25 or convertible foreign currency equivalent for 15 days.
• US $ 40 or convertible foreign currency equivalent for 30 days.
• US $ 100 or convertible foreign currency equivalent for 90 days.
Allowed only 150 days to stay in Nepal in a calendar year on a tourist visa.

Health and Fitness
