Who Can Trek

Day 01:  Welcome to Nepal, Tribhuwan International Airport
We will meet you at Tribhuwan International airport, Kathmandu and transferred to the hotel, after your freshness briefing program for your trekking, overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing tour at Kathmandu Valley
After your breakfast we will start a guided tour to the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu valley, including Pashupatinath Temple, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambunath (Monkey Temple) and Buddha Nath, one of the large Stupas in the world, overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Flight to Lukla (2810m) and trekking to Phakding (2640m) 3-4 hours
After having breakfast, scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. From Lukla the trail continues to Phakding which takes 3-4 hours, on the way you see spectacular view of Mt Nupla(5885m), Kusum Kangaru(6367m) and the Mount Kwangde Range. Overnight hotel in Phakding

Day 04: Trekking to Namche Bazaar (3450m) 5- 6 hours
Today, the trail follows the Sherpa villages and magnificent forests by crossing through the Dudh Koshi valley. Along the way, one can explore magnificent view of Kusum Kangru(6369m), Thamserku(6608m), Everest(8848m) and Nuptse (7879 m). Overnight hotel in Namche

Day 05:  Rest day in Namche Bazaar (3450m) hike to Khumjung and back
Today you will be free in Namche Bazaar; you have a short hike up to Khumjung. You can visit beautiful market, Sherpa village and of course enjoy with the magnificent views of Mt. Everest, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Thamserku, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, and Mt. Kwangde. Overnight at Namche Hotel

Day 06: Trekking to Thyangboche(3864m)  5 hours
Today you will trek from Namche follows above the Dhudh Koshi River and slightly goes down to Phungi Tenga small town on the side of River. Then trek goes steep climb to Tengboche through the forest. Overnight hotel in Tengboche

Day 07: Trekking to Dingboche (4350m) 4-5 hours
Today the trail through some beautiful Rhododendron forests as we follow the river up the Imja valley to Dingboche. Dingboche is also known as “summer valley”. On the way one can see spectacular views of Mt. Amadablam, Mt. Lhotse & other mountains.

Day 08:Rest day in Dingboche (4350m)
It will be spent reposeful in Dingboche enjoying the scenic views of Ama Dablam (6856m), Mt Lhotse and diverse alternative peaks visible, however the most effective possibility may be a morning hike up the depression to the lodges at Chukhung.It will be a vital adjustment day, before venturing into the higher reaches of the Khumbu depression. Day 09: Trekking to Lobuche (4930m) 5 hours

Day 10: Trekking to Gorakshep - Everest Base Camp (5357) and back to Gorakshep 6-7 hours
After having breakfast the trail continues for Gorakshep, along the way we can view Khumbu glacier by crossing north rim of Everest next to Khumbutse and Pumori, then we will reach Gorak Shep. From Gorakshep we will continuous for Everest Base Camp by passing several short up and down hills until we reach there. From Everest Base Camp we can view Khumbu ice fall, Khumbu glacier, Mt. Pumori, Khumbutse and other several peaks, then we will back to Gorakshep for night stay.

Day 11: Trekking to Kalapathar (5545m) and trekking down to Pheriche (4252m) 6-7 hours
Today we will hike up 2 hours to get Kalapathar, from where you can see the stunning views of Mt. Everest (8848m). Kalapathar offer spectacular views of other several peaks like Mt Khumbutse (6,639m), Mt. Lhotse (8,501m), Mt Nuptse (7,864m), Mt Ama Dablam (6,814m), Cholatse peak, Tawache peak and Mt Pumori then we trek down to Gorekshep. After having breakfast at Ghorakshep we will continue to Phiriche by crossing Lobuche and Dhugla. Overnight hotel at Phiriche

Day 12: Trekking to Namche Bazaar (3450m) 6-7 hours
After breakfast, we will trek down to Pangboche village, in this village you can see oldest monastery in the region which contains what is said to be the scalp and bones of a Yeti. From here the trail drops to the riverside and cross a bridge and continues up through the pine and juniper forest to Tengboche village. Then the trail drops sharply down to the Dudh Koshi River and the village of Phunki, where we cross the river, and up toward Namche Bazaar. Overnight at hotel in Namche

Day 13: Trekking to Lukla (2810m) 6-7 hours
Today is last day of our trekking; today the trail drops sharply down Lukla by following the Dudh Kosi River. In the evening enjoy with last mountain sunsets of the trek as we complete this exhilarating journey. Overnight hotel at Lukla

Day 14: Fly back to Kathmandu in the morning.
In the morning scenic flight to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Day 15: Leisure day in Kathmandu
Today you will be free in Kathmandu city; you can spend by excitement shopping and relaxing.

Day 16: Transfer to Tribhuwan international airport for your final Departure

Travel Insurance

Personal travel insurance is not included in the prices mentioned. But every effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants; it is condition of booking that you take out a personal travel insurance policy. To protect against unforeseen circumstances, it is visible to take a “Trip cancellation and medical insurance policy” before your arrival into Kathmandu. Medical coverage is especially mandatory for those who are trekking in high altitudes. It covers injury, death, lost baggage, medical treatment and expenses, and air ambulance or helicopter rescue services in case of emergency.

Passport and Visa

You need to have a valid passport having minimum of 6 months of validity from the return date. You can get Nepalese visa from the Nepalese consulate in your country or arrival in Kathmandu airport. Do not forget that you will also need two passport size photos to take Nepal visa. Do not require visa for Indian nationalities.
Visa Fees:
• US $ 25 or convertible foreign currency equivalent for 15 days.
• US $ 40 or convertible foreign currency equivalent for 30 days.
• US $ 100 or convertible foreign currency equivalent for 90 days.
Allowed only 150 days to stay in Nepal in a calendar year on a tourist visa.
