Everest Cultural Trek

The Khumbu region in eastern Nepal is the home of the Sherpa, the world’s most famous mountaineers, Tengboche Monastery, center of Sherpa Buddhist culture, holds pride of place in Himalayan iconography.

The Everest Cultural Trek follows course of Dudh koshi as it charges down to narrow gorges, sacred stones, Chortens, yak caravan are frequently encounter.

Day 01: Welcome to Nepal, Tribhuwan International Airport.
We will greet you at Tribhuwan International airport, Kathmandu and transferred to the respective hotel, when your freshness making known program for your trekking, overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Full day sightseeing tour at Kathmandu City.

Day 03: Flight to Lukla (2810m) Trekking to Phakdaing (2640m) 3-4 hours

Day 05: Rest day in Namche Bazaar (3450m)

Day 06: Trekking to Thame (3800m) 5 hours.
Today is a pleasant and short day for the trek to Thame which is that the next gate for the people that to do the trade and Business. The trail goes up to the Nangpo Drangpo natural depression. You continue higher than the watercourse, the Bhote Khosi, on a contouring path through fine shrub forest. Thame is extremely standard for the climber as a coaching spots.

Day 07: Trekking to Khumjung (3790m) 4-5 hours.
Today our trail goes through downhill to the Bhote Kosi natural depression towards Namche and branch off to follow a quiet path to Khumjung. Khumjung is a charming village that conjointly has its own gompa at the highest finish of city by offering wonderful views of Thamserku, Kantega and Ama Dablam.

Day 08: Trekking to Tyangboche (3867m) 5 hours.
Today goes through passing the little settlement of Sanasa from wherever the path drops towards Phunki Thanga (3250m). Then the path climbs steeply up through forests and around Mani stones because it follows the aspect of a hill to the saddle on which the monastery of Tengboche. Day 09: Trekking to Namche Bazaar (3440m) 4-5 hours.
Today the paths return back to the Namche, a main decision of Khumbu natural depression.

Day 10: Trekking to Lukla (2886 m) 5-6 hours.
Today the trekking path drops sharply all the way down to Lukla by following the Dudh Kosi stream. Among the evening get pleasure from with last mountain sunsets of the trek as we've a bent to complete this exhilarating journey.

Day 11: Fly back to Kathmandu in the morning
In the morning scenic flight to Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel.

Day 12: Leisure day in Kathmandu.

Day 13: Final Departure.

Travel Insurance

Personal travel insurance is not included in the prices mentioned. But every effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants; it is condition of booking that you take out a personal travel insurance policy. To protect against unforeseen circumstances, it is visible to take a “Trip cancellation and medical insurance policy” before your arrival into Kathmandu. Medical coverage is especially mandatory for those who are trekking in high altitudes. It covers injury, death, lost baggage, medical treatment and expenses, and air ambulance or helicopter rescue services in case of emergency.

Passport and Visa

You need to have a valid passport having minimum of 6 months of validity from the return date. You can get Nepalese visa from the Nepalese consulate in your country or arrival in Kathmandu airport. Do not forget that you will also need two passport size photos to take Nepal visa. Do not require visa for Indian nationalities.
Visa Fees:
• US $ 25 or convertible foreign currency equivalent for 15 days.
• US $ 40 or convertible foreign currency equivalent for 30 days.
• US $ 100 or convertible foreign currency equivalent for 90 days.
Allowed only 150 days to stay in Nepal in a calendar year on a tourist visa.

Health and Fitness
