Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Welcome at Tribhuwan International airport, Kathmandu and transferred to the hotel, after your freshness, we have a pre-trip gathering at your hotel and present your trekking guide. Overnight in Kathmandu hotel

Day 02: Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (2610m) 3 hours
Scenic 30 minutes flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. From Lukla the trail continues to Phakding which takes 3-4 hours, on the way you see spectacular view of Mt Nupla (5885m), Kusum Kangaru (6367m) and the Mount Kwangde Range. Overnight hotel/guest house in Phakding

Day 03: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3441m) 5-6 hours
Trekking from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3450m) crossing through the Dudh Koshi valley, magnificent forests and Sherpa villages; walking distance about 6 hours, overnight at guesthouses/lodges.

Day 04: Rest Day in Namche Bazaar (3441m);
Today you will be free in Namche Bazaar, an incredible village which is also the industrial hub of the Khumbu. Today you have a short hike up to Khumjung and back to Namche Bazaar. Overnight in Hotel/Guesthouse in Namche

Day 05: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3860m) 5 hours
Today you will trek from Namche which follows above the Dhudh Koshi River and slightly goes down to Phungi Tenga small town on the side of River. Then continue to the Tengboche, most popular and beautiful place for its beautiful monastery and local culture. Overnight in hotel/guesthouse in Tengboche

Day 06: Tengboche to Dingboche (4350m) 5-6 hours
Today the trail through some beautiful Rhododendron forests as we follow the river up the Imja valley to Dingboche. Overnight in hotel/guesthouse in Dingboche

Day 07: Dingboche to Lobuche (4910m) 5 hours
Hikes up to the Khumbu Glacier by following the Duglha before reaching the village of Lobuche. Overnight at hotel/guesthouse in Lobuche

Day 08: Lubuche to Everest Base Camp (5365m) to Ghorak Shep (5180m) 7-8 hours
Today is big and memorable day trip along with huge khumbu glacier to get Everest Base Camp, from where close view of Mount Everest and other gorgeous peaks. From EBC we have an amazing view of Khumbu Ice Fall, which would be incredible. Then we back to Khorak Shep for our night stay. Overnight at Guesthouse/lodges in Gorak Shep.

Day 09: Gorak Shep to Kala Pathar (5555m) to Pheriche 7 hours
Today, we will hike up to Kala Pathar; well known for fine view of Mount Everest (8848m) and many other Himalayan peaks. Enjoying with panoramic views and snapping then decent to Gorak Shep. From here we continue to Phiriche by crossing Lobuche and Dhugla. Overnight in guesthouse/lodges in Pheriche

Day 10: Pheriche to Namche (3441m) 5-6 hours
From Pheriche, we steeply down to Pangboche village. Pangboche is famous for its oldest monastery. From here we further descent to Tengboche Monastery located at 3860m, and continue to Namche bazaar our final destination of the day walk. Overnight at Hotel/guesthouse in Namche Bazaar

Day 11: Namche to Lukla (2804m) 5-6 hours
Today is our final day of the trekking. From Namche we return back to Lukla, the trek starting & ending point. The trek trail goes through beautiful forest covered by rhododendron and pine to get Lukla. Overnight at Hotels/Guesthouse in Lukla

Day 12: In the Morning fly back to Kathmandu
Scenic 35 minutes flight to Kathmandu in the morning, and transfer to your hotel. Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu

Day 13: Final Departure
A representative from Dream Heaven Adventure will take you to the airport to catch your flight back to your home.

Health and Fitness

A person who is physically fit and have desire of walking to see the Mount Everest can do this trek. Previous in habitation expertise is useful to enjoying the trip, though not needed. If you can celebrate walking for 5-7 hours per day, that would be better. Anybody with pair of solid legs, a will for escapade to explore the intriguing nature will revel in the rush of trekking.

Accommodations

During this Everest Base Camp trip, you will stay at standard tea houses/lodges. We offer the most effective lodges/guesthouses on a twin-sharing basis. Some guesthouses are very basic with shared laundry and bathroom facilities. There are numerous places where they don’t allow single accommodations. If you want single room, you will indicate your preference for the asking and pay a supplement.

Like most lodges offer private rooms, usually the minimum size to accommodate two beds. Only few lodges offer dormitories, generally sleeping 10 or 20 peoples in two tiers. Remember that most trekking lodges are family operations, with the owners trying their best to make you comfortable.

Meals

During the trek you can eat quality food in sufficient quantities like breakfast, lunch and dinner chosen from a menu such as rice, vegetables, noodles, potatoes, pizza, pasta, French fries and soup. There will even be many snacks out there like biscuits, chocolate and soft drinks and in some areas you'll realize recent fruit in season.

Flight Delay or Cancelled

Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu flight gets deferred by a couple of hours or might even be cancelled few days because of unfavorable climate conditions. Such conditions may emerge even in the trekking seasons. Consequently, in such cases, you must be ready for long holds up either at Kathmandu or Lukla.
