Everest Base Camp trekking is one of the most popular trekking trails in Everest (khumbu) trekking region of Nepal. The trail takes us to the Base Camp 5,364m of Mount Everest and Kalapathar 5,545m offers to explore the astonishing scenery of Khumbu region. We will have a chance to learn about the culture and tradition of local Sherpas.

After finished Everest Base camp Trekking, we continue our tour to Pokhara, one of the most beautiful lake cities in Nepal. Pokhara is also known as paradise of travelers. We will visit most popular attractions of Pokhara like Davids Fall, Mahendra Cave, World Peace Pagoda, Mountain Museum & Seti Gorge, and in the evening enjoy with boating in Phewa Lake.

From Pokhara we continue to Chitwan for jungle safari tour. Where we can enjoy by visiting elephant breeding center, elephant back safari, canoeing, bird watching and jungle walk. Likewise, we will have a chance to explore the beautiful traditional Tharu Stick Dance. After finished our Pokhara and Chitwan tour, drive or fly back to Kathmandu from Chitwan.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Welcome at Tribhuwan International airport, Kathmandu and transferred to the hotel, after your freshness, we have a pre-trip gathering at your hotel and present your trekking guide. Overnight in Kathmandu hotel

Day 02: Kathmandu City Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast at Kathmandu hotel, we will start a guided tour to the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu valley, including Pashupatinath Temple, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambunath (Monkey Temple) and Buddha Nath, one of the large Stupas in the world. Overnight in Kathmandu hotel

Day 03: Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (2610m) 3 hours
Scenic 30 minutes flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. From Lukla the trail continues to Phakding which takes 3-4 hours, on the way you see spectacular view of Mt Nupla (5885m), Kusum Kangaru (6367m) and the Mount Kwangde Range. Overnight hotel/guest house in Phakding

Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3441m) 5-6 hours
Trekking from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3450m) crossing through the Dudh Koshi valley, magnificent forests and Sherpa villages; walking distance about 6 hours, overnight at guesthouses/lodges.

Day 05: Rest Day in Namche Bazaar (3441m);
Today you will be free in Namche Bazaar, an incredible village which is also the industrial hub of the Khumbu. Today you have a short hike up to Khumjung and back to Namche Bazaar. Overnight in Hotel/Guesthouse in Namche

Day 06: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3860m) 5 hours
Today you will trek from Namche which follows above the Dhudh Koshi River and slightly goes down to Phungi Tenga small town on the side of River. Then continue to the Tengboche, most popular and beautiful place for its beautiful monastery and local culture. Overnight in hotel/guesthouse in Tengboche

Day 07: Tengboche to Dingboche (4350m) 5-6 hours
Today the trail through some beautiful Rhododendron forests as we follow the river up the Imja valley to Dingboche. Overnight in hotel/guesthouse in Dingboche

Day 08: Rest Day in Dingboche for Acclimatization (4350m)
Today we have rest day for acclimatization. We have day hike to Chhukung valley for panorama view of Khumbu, especially Lhotse range. Back to Dingboche in the evening, overnight at hotel/guesthouse

Day 09: Dingboche to Lobuche (4910m) 5 hours
Hikes up to the Khumbu Glacier by following the Duglha before reaching the village of Lobuche. Overnight at hotel/guesthouse in Lobuche

Day 10: Lubuche to Everest Base Camp (5365m) to Ghorak Shep (5180m) 7-8 hours
Today is big and memorable day trip along with huge khumbu glacier to get Everest Base Camp, from where close view of Mount Everest and other gorgeous peaks. From EBC we have an amazing view of Khumbu Ice Fall, which would be incredible. Then we back to Khorak Shep for our night stay. Overnight at Guesthouse/lodges in Gorak Shep.

Day 11: Gorak Shep to Kala Pathar (5555m) to Pheriche 7 hours
Today, we will hike up to Kala Pathar; well known for fine view of Mount Everest (8848m) and many other Himalayan peaks. Enjoying with panoramic views and snapping then decent to Gorak Shep. From here we continue to Phiriche by crossing Lobuche and Dhugla. Overnight in guesthouse/lodges in Pheriche

Day 12: Pheriche to Namche (3441m) 5-6 hours
From Pheriche, we steeply down to Pangboche village. Pangboche is famous for its oldest monastery. From here we further descent to Tengboche Monastery located at 3860m, and continue to Namche bazaar our final destination of the day walk. Overnight at Hotel/guesthouse in Namche Bazaar

Day 13: Namche to Lukla (2804m) 5-6 hours
Today is our final day of the trekking. From Namche we return back to Lukla, the trek starting & ending point. The trek trail goes through beautiful forest covered by rhododendron and pine to get Lukla. Overnight at Hotels/Guesthouse in Lukla

Day 14: In the Morning fly back to Kathmandu
Scenic 35 minutes flight to Kathmandu in the morning, and transfer to your hotel. Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu

Day 15: Kathmandu to Pokhara
Drive or fly to Pokhara, which takes 30 minutes by flight and 6-7 hours by bus. Today you will be free in Pokhara you can visit yourself. Pokhara is beautiful lake city which offers panoramic views of Mt. Machapuchre, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt Annapurna and Mt. Manaslu. Overnight in Pokhara

Day 16: Full Pokhara Sightseeing Tour
Pokhara is really a beautiful city with many lakes and caves. Where, we will visit Mahendra cave, Davids Fall, Phewa Lake, World Peack Pagoda, Tibetan Refugee Camp, and many more. There is famous lake called Phewa where we spend afternoon boating. Overnight in Pokhara

Day 17: Pokhara drive to Chitwan
Arrive at chitwan, and transfer to hotel. After reach hotel, briefing about your jungle tour. After your lunch your tour Elephant Safari, Nature walk, and Boat ride overnight at hotel. Overnight in Chitwan

Day 18: Chitwan Jungle Programme
Today we have full day Chitwan Jungle programme. Where we can enjoy by visiting elephant breeding center, elephant back safari, canoeing, bird watching and jungle walk. Overnight in Chitwan

Day 19: Chitwan to Kathmandu
After your tea/coffee, Bird watching/Elephant safari/jungle walk then breakfast. Depart from Chitwan. Overnight in Kathmandu

Day 20: Final Departure

Travel Insurance

Personal travel insurance is not included in the prices mentioned. But every effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants; it is condition of booking that you take out a personal travel insurance policy. To protect against unforeseen circumstances, it is visible to take a “Trip cancellation and medical insurance policy” before your arrival into Kathmandu. Medical coverage is especially mandatory for those who are trekking in high altitudes. It covers injury, death, lost baggage, medical treatment and expenses, and air ambulance or helicopter rescue services in case of emergency.

Passport and Visa

You need to have a valid passport having minimum of 6 months of validity from the return date. You can get Nepalese visa from the Nepalese consulate in your country or arrival in Kathmandu airport. Do not forget that you will also need two passport size photos to take Nepal visa. Do not require visa for Indian nationalities.
Visa Fees:

  • US $ 25 or convertible foreign currency equivalent for 15 days.
  • US $ 40 or convertible foreign currency equivalent for 30 days.
  • US $ 100 or convertible foreign currency equivalent for 90 days.

Allowed only 150 days to stay in Nepal in a calendar year on a tourist visa.
